Job summary

Sheridan is seeking an Account Manager to act as the key liaison between sales, customers, and manufacturing, ensuring orders are produced efficiently and according to specifications. You will coordinate production by flowing job information between customer and plant to satisfy customers, maximize profit, and grow the business.

Responsibilities include proactive customer communication, leading internal meetings, serving as the plant’s primary customer contact, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 4+ years in customer service or printing.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral, written, phone).
• Strong time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Availability to respond after hours as necessary.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with customers to clarify needs and secure materials for production.
• Lead meetings with Sheridan personnel to align expectations and resolve problems.
• Serve as primary plant contact for customers, operations, purchasing, scheduling, and sales.
• Monitor production and shipping to move jobs to completion.
• Ensure complete and accurate information for Billing.
• Participate in customer visits and communicate schedule changes.
