Account Manager - HVAC Sales

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 base, plus generous bonuses averaging $40,000 - $60,000 annually

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with clients, crafting tailored solutions, and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and connect with prospective clients, including Chief Engineers, Property Managers, and Asset Managers, through calls, site visits, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations, develop customized proposals, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine account strategies, optimize profitability, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Solution Development: Leverage your HVAC expertise to propose maintenance contracts (junior level) or full HVAC system solutions (senior level), ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Professional Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in product training, sales workshops, and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with the skills and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience:
    • Junior Level: 1+ years of HVAC sales experience, ideally selling maintenance contracts.
    • Senior Level: 3+ years of experience selling HVAC systems or related commercial services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage and influence clients.
    • Financial acumen for crafting cost-effective proposals.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Traits:
    • Competitive, goal-oriented, and high-energy mindset.
    • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems creatively.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $125,000, paid weekly.
