Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance in Ridgefield, CT seeks an Account Manager for the Impact Service Group HVAC team. You will own full client accounts, ensure service quality, manage proposals, and coordinate daily operations with assistants and vendors.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to respond to client needs with timely, accurate proposals and invoices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of assistants to manage the day-to-day operations per client.
• Meet with clients weekly for reports and updates.
• Provide technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Obtain manufacturer proposals or purchase HVAC materials as needed.
• Ensure work order completion.
• Quote new services.
• Assigns vendors.
• Dispatches technicians timely.
• Ensures resolution to client issues.
• Evaluates and reconciles invoices.
• After-hours/weekend availability for on-call help.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

The Account Manager is the face of Impact Service Group for their assigned clients. They own a full client account inclusive of service quality and growth. They are accountable for the financial and operational health of their accounts.

Summary.

This positionis part of the overall HVAC teamand is responsible for (1)qualifying vendor proposals,including scope and price, (2) drafting client proposals, andassistingin the daily operations of the team,(3)managing Assistants and theirscope of duties. This positionrequires extensive technical HVAC knowledge, attention todetail,anda cooperative approach with vendors and internal personnel
