ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
The Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining profitable relationships within assigned accounts and territories, which may evolve over time. Approximately 75% of the role is focused on engaging with customers and prospects through meetings, presentations, territory canvassing, tradeshows, virtual meetings, and national industry events to sustain and grow sales. The Account Manager also oversees sales support activities such as scheduling meetings, telemarketing, coordinating campaigns, preparing proposals, and conducting client visits. This role works closely with the Vice President of Business Development to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Development or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in sales.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
