Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of airline catering experience.
• Basic Math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Responsibilities

Account Manager - HIRING ASAP

Classification: Exempt

Salary Range: $75,000

Date: August 2026
Location: Inglewood, CA

The Account Manager is going to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of several airline customers, including communication, menu specifications, and quality.

Essential Functions

• Ensure airline specification books are accurate.
• Ensure airline specifications are adhered to, including menus, a/c boarding, ramp safety, etc.
• Coordinate airline equipment inventories
• Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with the customer
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient performance of shop operations.
• Ensures that all employee teams have correct and updated information and airline requirements and ensures that deadlines are met.
• Coordinates closely with the kitchen to ensure on-time deliveries. Ensures that flights are checked and accurate
• Ensures that proper meal count, menus, and equipment are delivered and that orders match billings.
• Ensures that flights are catered in accordance with Company standards, policies, and airline specifications.
• Ensures that quality, sanitation, and safety standards are met or exceeded
• Performs temperature and dating checks.
• Ensures that equipment is appropriate, clean, and well-maintained. Provides leadership to personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.
• Promotes teamwork and management through empowerment. Encourages employee involvement, suggestions, and problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications
