Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections for accounts 1–6 days past due.
• Drive sales by presenting and selling new products to customers.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles and follow safety guidelines.
