Rent-A-Center in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive early-stage collections while expanding rental opportunities. This role emphasizes relationship-building and adherence to RAC values in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will handle deliveries, pickups, and showroom maintenance as part of a full-time schedule, Monday–Saturday, with Sundays off.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
