Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to grow the agency through strong customer relations and proactive marketing of relevant insurance products and services. You will liaison between customers and agency departments, expanding policy coverage and retention.

You will help grow the agency by conducting policy reviews, resolving complex issues, and selling to both cold and warm leads, while contributing to a high‑performing, community‑focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual French or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
