Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move merchandise may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of rental accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver exceptional white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
