Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive account performance. The role involves deliveries, pickups, and servicing customer relationships while promoting sales and ensuring payment commitments.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong communication, with full-time hours and weekly pay in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
