Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive account performance through deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships while promoting new rental agreements.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
