Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Utah is hiring for an Account Manager who will oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, handle deliveries and pickups, and support store performance while upholding RAC values. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
