Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a full-time Account Manager position in the local area. You will manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive account performance, and conduct deliveries and pickups while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes relationships, collections, and sales growth, with a strong focus on safety and customer experience in-store and on the go.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
