We have multiple openings for Account Managers in our Event Solutions division, primarily responsible for managing existing client accounts. If you applied or are interested in another division, please note those positions are currently filled.

In this role, you will identify and close sales opportunities with your managed clients, such as contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will also provide high-quality service, demonstrate solution-selling skills, and collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Present product and service information to corporate accounts.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to grow business.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer issues within 24 hours.
  • Call on existing clients to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop targeted Key Accounts in North America and create action plans to penetrate these accounts.
  • Set and pursue aggressive revenue goals per account.
  • Forecast sales opportunities accurately via pipeline reports.
  • Manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report sales activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (strong academic performance preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role (more experience is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge across relationship management, consultative selling, product demos, contract closing, and operational processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Relevant experience might include selling CRM or CMS systems, ASP-based data systems, or Travel/Meeting Planning Services.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
  • Experience in SaaS/technology/hospitality sales or account management is a plus.
  • Experience in the Event Management industry is a plus.
Additional Information

This position is remote. The estimated base salary range is $60,000–$75,000 annually plus commission, depending on experience, knowledge, and location. We offer a competitive benefits package. Due to the remote nature, sponsorship is not available.
