Global Recruitment Manager - Food & Nutrition

A globally respected supplier of high-quality ingredients is hiring a European Account Manager to support ongoing growth across the European market. This remote role offers the chance to work with a commercially agile team and take ownership of a broad portfolio of B2B clients — from established manufacturers to emerging health and wellness brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts across Europe.
  • Respond to qualified inbound enquiries and convert them into long-term commercial relationships.
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance on ingredient use and product integration.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through product line expansion and strategic support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across regulatory, logistics, and commercial functions to ensure outstanding service.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and share customer insights to support commercial planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales or account management, ideally within ingredients, nutraceuticals, or functional health sectors.
  • Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach and a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Confident discussing technical product information and commercial value.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Based in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence.
