Lockton Companies is seeking an eager, driven Account Manager to support and grow our Employee Benefits practice in Chicago. You will service a designated book of health and welfare business, manage project timelines, prepare client meetings, and coordinate with carriers to deliver excellent service and value.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in health and welfare insurance, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in health & welfare insurance carrier or brokerage/consulting.
• Strong marketing and servicing experien ce for employee benefit programs.

Responsabilidades

• Service designated health & welfare book of business including client service, marketing, vendor management, project management, claims and administration.
• Manage service/project plan timelines for each client.
• Support account executive in scheduling and prep of client meetings.
• Request and manage renewal receipts from carriers.
• Draft Line of Coverage and Revenue Summary for account executives.
• Manage responses to bid questions from carriers/vendors.
• Ensure contracts/documents are executed timely.
• Review SPD, certificates, policies and contracts for accuracy.
• Initiate administration for implementing new carriers (contracts, implementation meetings, carrier introductions).
• Prepare RFPs, annual compliance calendars, routine claim summaries and enrollment materials.
• Ensure compliance issues are addressed (e.g., disclosure, BOA agreements).
