Responsibilities

Lockton is seeking an experienced, dynamic client services professional in the Employee Benefits space, committed to building relationships, exceeding client expectations, and advancing our Employee Benefits Practice. As an Account Manager, you will handle servicing and marketing needs for Lockton clients, focusing on marketing, claims, and administration of your designated book of business.

  1. Respond to client inquiries, document communications, issues, and resolutions.
  2. Support the implementation of new coverage lines by setting up accounts, gathering documentation, and reviewing plan details with clients and carriers.
  3. Compile exposure information, including loss-run schedules and client stratifications.
  4. Request and collect quotes (new and renewal) from carriers.
  5. Audit quotes, binders, and endorsements; request necessary changes.
  6. Process audits and prepare analysis for clients.
  7. Receive policies, update, and verify completeness.
  8. Update specifications, applications, and summaries during the policy year.
  9. Monitor receipt of quotes from carriers and negotiate as needed.
  10. Bind coverage under supervision of the Unit Manager/Account Executive.
  11. Notify clients of changes affecting premiums or coverage.
  12. Gather information for new business opportunities.
  13. Input client data accurately into management systems.
  14. Prepare materials for client presentations and meetings.
  15. Create and send compliance communications.
  16. Issue and process client invoices.
  17. Collaborate with Producers and Accounting to manage billing and collections.
  18. Research industry trends and regulations.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
