Hunt Electric Corporation is seeking a Limited Energy Project/Account Manager to oversee administration, planning, installation, and reporting for energy-efficient electrical projects. You will manage BOMs, orders, and direct installation while maintaining existing accounts and developing new opportunities.

You will lead Foremen and crews, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure contracts are fulfilled with quality and safety. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in limited energy installation field.
• Experience with AutoCAD or REVIT for engineered documents.
• Access control programming experience AMAG & Genetec certifications desirable.

• Provide owner training on systems installed by ECSI.
• Contribute to bidding processes when needed.

Job Description SummaryThe Limited Energy Project/Account Manager position is responsible for overall administration, planning, installation, and reporting for small or larger, more complex low voltage electrical construction projects. This position interfaces with designers, project managers, general foreman, customers, installation crews and others to resolve issues throughout the project. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of limited energy projects, including creation of project BOM’s, material orders, and directing the installation of these systems. This individual will also be responsible for maintain existing accounts in the market as well as establishing new relationships and sales opportunities.Job Description:Role and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop customer relationships to secure future business.Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressedCollaborating with internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilledDirect and supervise General Foremen, Foremen, and their crews in a manner as to comply with the contracts executed by ECSI/Hunt Electric Corporation, union agreements, and all policies and procedures.Manage assigned projects as economically as possible while recognizing commitment to quality workmanship, positive industry image and customer satisfaction.Prepare, process, and maintain all files, correspondence, schedules, reports, and billing necessary to perform the responsibilities of the contract.Direct the planning of the project through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.Provide owner training on utilization of systems installed by ECSIWhen necessary, work with a team during the bidding process.Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.At least 5 years of related work experience in the limited energy installation field.Experience with AutoCAD or REVIT for engineered document creationAt least 5 years of access control system programming experience (AMAG & Genetec Certifications Required.)Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the electrical industry.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and resources.Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to understand the scope of the contract documents and the scope of the electrical work to be performed.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Blue Beam and AutoCAD.Willingness and ability to train and educate assigned subordinates.Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment.
