You will handle deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while upholding RAC mission and core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of rental accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Complete deliveries, pickups and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements.
