Our client is seeking an Agency Account Manager/Director with healthcare / pharma experience. This is a full-time, fully onsite role that can start as soon as the right candidate is found.

The Account Manager/Director is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of multi-channel marketing programs aligned with business goals.

• Account Manager: 4-7 years of experience, $90-120k
• Account Director: 8+ years of experience, $130-150k

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client
• Maintain strong relationships through daily communication
• Translate client feedback into clear direction for internal teams

Execution and Delivery

• Manage projects across channels (email, web, social, events, etc.)
• Turn strategy into actionable deliverables (briefs, timelines, reviews)
• Lead meetings, kickoffs, and status updates
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with creative, digital, production, and operations teams
• Keep teams aligned and projects moving efficiently
• Support senior team members on complex initiatives

Account Support and Growth

• Identify opportunities to improve work and grow the account
• Support leadership with client recommendations and upsell opportunities
• Represent and confidently defend agency work
