Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or client success.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and communicate insights clearly to clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multi-account management.
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, or paid digital advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms like Google Analytics and Search Console is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SEO, content, web development, social media, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
• Maintain strong, trusted client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients and performing consistent communication
• Lead regular client calls, including monthly reporting and strategy discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies
• Review client websites and marketing campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with SEO best practices
• Analyze performance reports, rankings, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Proactively recommend strategy adjustments, additional services, or campaign enhancements when appropriate
• Coordinate website updates and marketing requests on behalf of clients
• Proofread content and website updates for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management
• As needed, participate in sales calls or client meetings to support relationship building and growth

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client success
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and communicate insights clearly to clients
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast paced environment
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, and/or paid digital advertising a plus
• Proficiency with common digital tools and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) a plus
