Job summary

Get It Now! is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage accounts in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves in-store and in-home interactions, weekly payroll, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, a valid state driver’s license, physical capability to lift/move items, and flexibility to work Monday through Saturday with Sundays off. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to engage customers.
• Ability to lift and move product and equipment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups and assist with loading/unloading and installation as needed.
• Keep showroom clean and organized, refurbish merchandise, and support merchandising efforts.
