The Juris Agency in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for our commercial clients. You will manage renewals, market new business, and provide exceptional daily service using Applied Epic.

This in-office role requires a proactive professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering strategic risk management solutions for diverse commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• CISR, CIC, or CRM designations preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client retention.
• Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy audits.
• Collaborate with producers to market renewals and new business to carriers.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, producers, and underwriters.
• Review client coverages to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Client Retention: Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high retention rates.
• Account Servicing: Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy audits accurately within Applied Epic.
• Market Placement: Collaborate with producers to market renewals and new business to optimal insurance carriers.
• Relationship Management: Act as the trusted liaison between clients, producers, and insurance underwriters.
• Risk Advisory: Review client coverages to identify gaps and recommend appropriate policy enhancements

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience required.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with the Applied Epic agency management system is required.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
