Job summary

LandCare in Park City, Kansas is seeking a high-impact professional to manage existing client relationships, win new business, and coordinate with branch leaders and production teams to deliver outstanding landscapes.

You will create proposals, contracts, and estimates tailored to client objectives, cultivate networking opportunities, and promote sustainable solutions while upholding LandCare's culture and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in client services or B2B sales in landscape or related industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop proposals, contracts and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop client proposals, contracts and estimates tailored to objectives.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, Production Manager and crews to meet client expectations.
• Identify and pursue networking opportunities; represent LandCare at events.
• Promote sustainable landscape solutions aligned with client needs.
• Maintain LandCare’s culture, quality standards and safety practices.
