Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve financial targets by managing tasks and resources to meet revenue, gross margin, and net margin goals.
  2. Manage customer accounts assigned by the Sales Manager, ensuring strong relationships and meeting specified performance metrics.
  3. Generate and submit proposals while ensuring cost-effective, optimized-profit contracts.
  4. Meet contract acquisition rate targets set by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  5. Drive business growth by generating leads and acquiring new contracts.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service through urgent responsiveness to client communications.
  7. Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure successful contract execution.
  8. Select and manage subcontractors to complete jobs within budget.
  9. Support public relations efforts alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  10. Continuously improve through sales training, mentorship, and strategy development.
  11. Provide mentorship and oversight for Associate Account Managers.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience (construction industry preferred).
  2. Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete applications.
  3. Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on team success over individual recognition.
  5. High sense of urgency and ethical decision-making.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience as determined by the Sales & Marketing Manager).
  7. Ability to adapt, learn, and apply innovative sales strategies.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position
  • Standard business hours, Monday - Friday
  • Travel required for projects (per diem provided).
