Debbie George - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and deliver a high-touch customer experience. You will grow our agency by strengthening customer relationships and coordinating between clients and internal teams.

As part of the team, you’ll conduct policy reviews, recommend appropriate coverage, and proactively market relevant products to both new and existing clients. This role rewards performance in a collaborative, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
