Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure trailing Documents from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their goals

Responds to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Attend training and continuing education courses.

Handle customer renewals.

Requirement

  • A Property & Casualty license
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
