Job summary

RTB House is hiring an Account Manager for our US team. You will own post-sale client relationships, drive campaign management and growth, and ensure exceptional service.

Build strong client rapport through meetings, calls, and emails while coordinating with internal teams to optimize performance. You will act as the main point of contact, deliver regular performance updates and QBRs, and leverage data to present insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in adtech or an agency role.
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong customer service mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities across multiple clients.
• Data-driven with ability to present insights in reports and presentations.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship post-sale and drive account growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients via meetings, calls, and email.
• Communicate clearly and timely to fulfill all customer requests.
• Maintain deep knowledge of RTB House products and services.
• Lead ad campaign launches and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide regular performance reporting and QBR updates.
