Mediasurfer, a mobile performance agency, is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen partner relationships and own reporting and campaign operations for ecommerce and entertainment apps. You will manage client accounts via Telegram, Teams and email, monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with media partners to launch and optimize campaigns.

The role is remote in the US, full-time with commission and KPI bonuses, and offers growth through a fast-paced, AI-forward

Formación

• 2+ years in mobile performance or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising tech including retargeting.
• Experience with AppsFlyer and Adjust MMP platforms.
• Proven account management and client support experience.
• AI-native approach using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Mediasurfer is a mobile performance agency with in-house adtech development, delivering user acquisition and retargeting for e-commerce, finance and entertainment mobile apps.

The company develops multiple adtech platforms, including CPA tracking and attribution, retargeting, and DSP/SSP solutions.

Position overview

Driven by rapid growth, Mediasurfer is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen partner relationships and take ownership of reporting and campaign operations.

Key responsibilities

• Managing client accounts and day-to-day communication via Telegram, Microsoft Teams and email.
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics.
• Preparing campaign performance reports.
• Launching and optimizing campaigns in collaboration with media partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile performance or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of mobile advertising technologies, including retargeting.
• Hands-on experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Proven experience in account management and client support.
• An AI-native approach is a strong advantage: using AI tools to increase efficiency and quality of work.
