Job Title: Account Manager – IT Services (US Region)

Location: Remote (US-based)

Overview:

We are seeking an Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with our small to mid-sized US-based clients. The role focuses on strategic account growth—building trust, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client success. The Account Manager will engage with clients on business and high-level technical topics but will not be responsible for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business, challenges, and needs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through consultative engagement.
  • Maintain regular communication to monitor satisfaction and address issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams in India to involve the right expertise.
  • Represent the company professionally, especially when communicating with non-technical or semi-technical audiences.
  • Develop account expansion strategies and work towards growth targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10-20 years of experience in key account management, client success, or business development in tech environments.
  • Experience working with IT, cloud, telecom, SaaS, or related services; consulting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially with VP/CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable discussing technology impacts (e.g., cloud migration, application development, digital transformation) without being a tech expert.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
  • Collaborative approach, able to work with offshore delivery and cross-functional teams.
