We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and relationship management. Your focus will be on driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
• Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new publishers or advertisers
• Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to optimize results
• Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to clients
• Collaborate with sales and tech teams to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in AdTech or digital media
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience with platforms like Google Ad Manager, DV360, or similar
• Knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and the programmatic ecosystem
