Numa is a fast-growing AI platform powering automotive dealerships across the US. The OEM Account Manager will own and grow relationships with Ford, GM, Stellantis, and others, driving enrollment and adoption of Numa across the OEM network.
Ideal candidates have complex enterprise account experience, strong people skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. Automotive OEM experience is highly valued, with travel to Detroit area ~50% of the time.
Numa is building the platform to power AI-native dealerships, rearchitecting automotive service and sales with advanced AI agents that automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and reimagine how dealerships work. Numa integrates AI into every aspect of dealership functions, from rescuing customer calls and voicemails that generate more revenue, to reducing customer resolution times to drive overall customer satisfaction (CSI), to improving dealership team productivity and accountability. Numa has raised $50 million from leading investors (Google, Threshold, Costanoa, Mitsui, and Touring Capital).
The OEM Account Manager will own and grow our relationship with the largest Numa's OEM partners, including Ford, GM, and Stellantis, representing ~10,000 dealerships across the US. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of enterprise account management, partnership strategy, and program execution. You will be responsible for deepening the commercial relationship, driving dealer enrollment and adoption of Numa across the OEM's network, and turning a single program into a durable, expanding partnership.
We're looking for someone who has managed complex enterprise accounts and/or has demonstrable skills to do so, and thrives on the relationship and organization skills side of the job: someone who is in it for the people, has real hustle, and uses AI as a force multiplier so more of their time goes toward face time with OEM partners instead of busywork. Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
At Numa, you'll have the chance to represent game-changing technology in an industry that's ready for innovation. If you love being in the field, thrive on solving problems in real time, and want to make an impact at a high-growth company, we'd love to hear from you.
