What You’ll Do:

• Estimate residential roofing projects using software tools like Hover or EagleView
• Manage client relationships from lead to close
• Develop strategic contracts and pricing proposals
• Work with our talented team to deliver exceptional service and results
• Be the go-to roofing expert in your market

What You Bring:

• 5+ yearsin ResidentialRoofing Sales & Estimating
• Type Ago-getter personality – you'reproactive,driven,think strategically, and thrive on solving complex problems with confidence and precision.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proven success incustomer negotiationswith ahigh achievertrack record.
• Financial smarts– know your margins, costs, and pricing strategies
• Passionfor delivering top-quality work and building trust with customers
• Will be comfortable inspecting roofs and climbing ladders
• You live in Santa Rosa, CA or in a commutable distance – this is an on-site position.
