HomeXpress Mortgage Corp is hiring a Full-time Wholesale Account Manager in Santa Ana, CA. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in mortgage banking, managing submissions to funding, and acting as a liaison between sales and operations. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent wholesale account management/loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution.
• Experience with state and federal compliance regulations.
• Experience reviewing income documentation and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manages pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding).
• Pre-underwrites loans.
• Acts as liaison between sales and operations staff.
• Reviews loan conditions and documentation received from brokers.
• Follows up on funding conditions.
• Answers questions from brokers and their loan officers.
• Meets assigned monthly closing goals.

• Completes any additional projects/duties assigned by Management
