Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of related experience in long-term care pharmacy or institutional setting.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet-based systems.
  • Demonstrated customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Northern California facilities.
  • Partner with pharmacy operations to resolve service issues and keep clients informed.
  • Build trust with facility leadership and staff through responsive support and expertise.
  • Support new facility onboarding including data collection, eMAR support, QA, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct training and education for facility staff on pharmacy systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare for and participate in business reviews with facility leadership to discuss service and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client activity, contacts, tasks, and follow-up in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist with local relationship-building and business development initiatives as needed.
