Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta seeks an Internal Customer Onboarding Specialist in Marietta, GA to coordinate and complete all onboarding tasks for new business. You’ll setup new facilities in the pharmacy system, tailor workflows, and ensure a smooth go-live with accurate med lists and QA testing.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician license, 2+ years of related experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements).
  • 2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience).
  • Advanced computer skills: pharmacy operations system experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of State Assisted Living regulations and facility requirements.
  • Experience working with medication administration records.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain setup of new facilities within pharmacy management system.
  • Configure system settings and ECM folders/workflows based on requirements.
  • Customize workflows, templates, forms, and other settings for facilities.
  • Coordinate with Account Manager to obtain patient/facility information.
  • Develop plans to maintain accurate med lists until go-live date.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance and Testing for interface setup and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing interface support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address system performance gaps.
  • Serve as primary contact for eMAR/EHR inquiries.
  • Assist in pharmacy operations as needed.
