Job description

As an Account Manager at PDSl you will play a crucial role in managing financial profiles, fostering relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for hitting monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients financial objectives and provide solutions that align with their needs
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support and ensuring satisfaction
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Debt resolution program to clients
  • Analyze and discuss financial statements, cash flow and other relevant financial data to make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client profiles, interactions and agreements in CRM
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant financial operations
  • Manage a daily calendar of appointments
  • Prepare accounts in calendar prior to appointments (checking for overlaps, DNQ, previously pitched)
  • Upsell clients to add unforeseen debts into program (i.e spouse/unreported debt)
  • Ability to combat objections with professional rebuttals
  • Client retention and NSF calls
  • Client follow up via text, email and phone
  • Schedule follow up appointments

Qualifications:

  • 0-4 years sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of finance
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
