Job summary

AEGIS CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS LLC seeks an Account Manager to serve in the Production Chemicals team, building strong customer relationships and delivering technical chemical solutions to optimize operations in the field.

You will manage an assigned territory, identify new opportunities, prepare reports, and collaborate with Technical Services and Operations to resolve challenges while mentoring Account Representatives and Service Technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience as an Account Representative or Account Manager in production chemical industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle per FMCSA requirements.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide technical chemical solutions that improve customer operations and reduce lifting costs.
• Manage an assigned territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer reports, recommendations, and performance reviews.
• Conduct field analysis, troubleshoot production chemical issues, and recommend solutions.
• Manage chemical inventories, treatment programs, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Partner with Technical Services and Operations to resolve complex customer challenges.
• Lead and mentor Account Representatives and Service Technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Monitor key performance indicators and help ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
