Job Summary

Amla Commerce seeks a motivated Account Manager to drive growth, oversee high-value accounts, and identify new opportunities. The successful candidate will focus on generating additional revenue from existing customers and fostering organic revenue growth. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business and create a growth strategy for each account.
  • Manage license contracts and revenue.
  • Run quarterly customer reviews with leadership and customer success team support, providing business solutions.
  • Work across departments to ensure quarterly goals are reached.
  • Forecast and plan organic revenue quarterly and annually.
  • Provide legendary customer service with the help of sales, product support, and customer success teams.
  • Develop and oversee customer retention.
  • Recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade service.
  • Manage budget and hit or exceed annual goals established.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience.
  • A customer-focused internal advocate focused on driving growth throughout the customer's life cycle.
  • Ability to anticipate and match customers' needs with appropriate products and services.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and ecommerce platforms, and a real passion for new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of analysis of ecommerce websites for optimization and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Cloud, with the ability to become familiar with corporate-specific programs and software, including CRM.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
