Job summary

ESS is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple school districts, with Baldwin County as a home base. You will manage staff, coordinate with district administrators, and ensure delivery of quality services.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, recruiting efforts, and providing solutions with professionalism. This role emphasizes ethics, confidentiality, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
• Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Recruit and manage hiring pipelines, followed by onboarding.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.

OVERVIEW:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations, activities, and staff in assigned school districts, acting as a liaison between ESS staff members, school district administrators and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services. This position supports multiple school districts with Baldwin County as a home base.
