Job summary

ESS is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily operations across Chester and Delaware Counties, acting as the liaison between ESS staff, school district administrators, and the corporate office to ensure quality service delivery.

The role requires coordinating site visits, managing staff performance, and leading recruiting efforts while maintaining high ethical standards and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in management or a leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with management reports.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and recognition duties.
• Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
• Train, direct, and appraise staff.

• Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by solving issues professionally and empathetically.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
