Meridian, Idaho | Full-Time | $60,000–$65,000
We’re looking for an Account Manager who understands that account management isn’t order taking. It’s knowing your customers, understanding what’s changing inside their businesses, bringing them ideas before they ask and finding opportunities to grow the relationship.
Some accounts need to be protected. Some need to be rebuilt. Others have significantly more potential than what they’re buying from us today.
Your job is to know the difference—and do something about it.
Retain, develop and grow an assigned book of business.
You’ll own the commercial relationship with the customers in your book, uncover new opportunities and turn strong relationships into profitable growth. You’ll have support from an Account Coordinator so you can spend more time with customers and creating the next opportunity.
Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, print, company stores or a related industry is valuable—but we’re more interested in someone who knows how to develop relationships into growing accounts.
This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $55,000–$60,000, based on experience.
Benefits include paid leave, paid holidays, health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), and more.
We make a lot of things at SOLV—from branded merchandise and apparel to print, company stores, direct mail and fulfillment.
But what makes the work interesting isn’t the stuff itself. It’s figuring out what should exist in the first place and finding a way to make it real.
That’s why we want people who ask better questions, find the smarter answer and own the outcome.
We’ve been doing this for more than 50 years, but we’re still small enough that your ideas matter, your work gets noticed and you can have a real impact on where we go next.
