Job summary

General MRO Aerospace is seeking an Account Manager to grow and nurture our existing customer base in the aerospace sector. You will serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely updates, services, and deliverables.

This role emphasizes proactive relationship management, identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Aviation experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office.
• Aviation industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with current customers.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, customer success, sales, or business development.

Aviation experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, business-minded, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
