Description

ABI Document Support Services is seeking an experienced salesperson in the record retrieval, court reporting, or similar legal services industry to join as a Regional Sales Executive.

This role is remote with 50% travel in Central/North Florida.

The Regional Sales Executive will generate revenue by securing regional carrier agreements, providing application, product, and industry knowledge to new and existing business opportunities. The role also involves developing relationships with strategic partners and supporting carrier program implementations nationwide.

Responsibilities

1. Prospect new national, regional, mid-level Carriers and TPA accounts, including:
   • Cold calling
   • Preliminary consultative presentations
   • Team selling strategy in collaboration with senior sales leadership
   • Supporting regional account managers in carrier program implementations
2. Perform presentations to decision makers and influencers at various levels for carrier and TPA accounts.
3. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, ensuring team compliance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/management experience preferred.
2. 3+ years of sales experience highly preferred.
3. Experience in record retrieval, court reporting, or similar legal services is required.
4. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
5. Proven ability in cold calling and closing clients.
6. Track record of exceeding sales goals.
7. Effective presentation skills for decision makers and end users.
8. Highly self-motivated and collaborative.
9. Knowledge of legal document retrieval, insurance, and legal industry.
10. Adaptability and receptiveness to leadership.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
