Job summary

Profiles is hiring an Affiliate Account Manager in Newport Beach, CA. The role is full-time, onsite 2 days a week with a hybrid schedule offering 2 onsite days and 3 remote days.

You will manage affiliate partners, optimize mortgage-related campaigns, and ensure compliant, high-quality traffic. Key duties include recruiting partners, tracking performance, and collaborating across teams to improve CPL/CPA metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in affiliate management, mortgage lead generation, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of mortgage funnels, borrower qualification metrics, and lending products.
• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, and compliant mortgage marketing requirements.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, Impact, Tune, CJ, etc.) and CRM workflows.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with an analytical mindset.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across publishers, aggregators, and comparison sites.
• Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, payout structures, and conversion across borrower funnels.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product on campaign approvals, disclosures, and creatives.
• Analyze CPL, CPA, intent, pull-through, and funded-loan conversion to optimize campaigns and reporting.
