Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration is seeking an Account Manager with a strong technical background in industrial refrigeration to build and nurture strategic client relationships across all levels.

You will craft tailored technical solutions, prepare cost estimates, and present compelling proposals to drive sales while ensuring safety and environmental standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Formal technical education and training (C.E.T., C.Tech. or similar).
• Willingness to travel regularly within our operating territory as needed.
• Good communication, organizational and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships at multiple levels within the client's organization including operating engineers, facility managers, plant engineers, plant managers, etc.
• Develop/establish Asset and Capital Equipment lifecycle management plans with clients - Development, evaluation and discussion of technical solutions with clients.
• Complete material take-offs, equipment selections and pricing as necessary to develop cost estimates.
• Preparation and presentation of proposals/quotations to clients and closing the sale.
• Conduct activities in accordance with company policy including safety and respecting the environment.

Pay or shift range: $90,000 USD to $110,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

CIMCO is looking for a results-driven Account Manager with a strong technical background and a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across all levels of client organizations. Skilled in developing asset and capital equipment lifecycle plans, crafting tailored technical solutions, and delivering compelling proposals that drive sales. Adept at managing complex projects from concept through execution while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
