Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with the go-to-market team.
• Lead sales cycles from prospecting to closing, building relationships and securing partnerships.
• Identify and qualify new customers, evaluating solution fit and decision-making processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Respond to inbound leads and nurture prospects.
• Support customer retention through renewals and upselling.
• Share market insights and competitive intelligence with the team.
• Ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop proposals and manage sales activities within Salesforce.
• Negotiate deals and manage contract terms.
• Educate customers on the value of AEM solutions.
• Represent AEM at industry events to expand networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and use Salesforce, Outreach, Office 365.

Additional Information

• This is a remote position within the continental US and Canada.
• Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 plus commission.
