Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA, with one day of work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues quickly and professionally. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to meet revenue and service goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing account reports, and providing feedback to internal teams on trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Client relationship and account management skills, including building trust, maintaining ongoing communication, and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Sales and business development abilities, such as identifying growth opportunities, presenting product solutions, and supporting revenue targets.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on timely issue resolution, conflict management, and creating positive customer experiences.
