Job description

Remote - US

Goodwin is seeking an Account Manager to assist with daily support of brokers, serving as their go-to resource and partner in success at Goodwin to help us on our journey to build the world's premier charter technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brokers, supporting their onboarding, growth, and ongoing success.
  2. Build strong, trusted relationships and act as a dedicated resource for broker questions, needs, and escalations.
  3. Monitor broker activity and performance to proactively offer insights, solutions, and support.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (including Sourcing & Guest Services) to ensure a seamless and responsive broker experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Proficiency with CRM tools and operational platforms.
  4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in charter aviation or a service-oriented tech environment.
  2. Familiarity with onboarding and customer success processes.
  3. Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
