Job summary

Amcor is seeking a driven sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory (NC/SC/GA). You will defend existing business, win new accounts, and drive profitable year-over-year growth across 8–25 accounts.

This role requires strong negotiation, account management, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D and Field Service. You will travel roughly 60% domestically and internationally, engaging customers, negotiating opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years in technical sales or general management within packaging or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Defend existing business and gain new accounts within assigned territory.
  • Deliver sales goals and year-over-year growth for the territory.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to support share of wallet growth and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with Sales Management, Marketing, R&D and Field Service for trials and customer engagements.
  • Manage accounts receivable with support from credit department and report performance monthly.

This role provides tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business. This individual will work with stakeholders and leadership to implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts.
